Love is a verb.
It’s validity is found in the doing, not in the saying.
And the greater the love, so to is the sacrifice made for it.
For God SO loved the world…(He gave up the one thing He loved most).
Love is commitment.
Love is pursued.
Sans sacrifice, commitment and pursuit…you merely like; and that’s ok – but don’t call it love.
To graduate from like to love, a death must occur: you say YES to this, inevitably, NO to that.
The value of a love is determined by what one gives up to have it.
The value of anything is based on what one is willing to pay for it.
