boundaries are healthy.
they don’t make you selfish.
in fact, they make you loving…of yourself and others.
saying no doesn’t always mean never.
it could just mean that right now, ABC is my priority, not XYZ.
if they love you, like you and/or respect you, they’ll understand.
and those that don’t, don’t.
you have value. you have purpose.
agree and align with that DAILY by disciplining yourself to unabashedly say YES and NO appropriately.
